Waste to Biogas and Biofertilizer
We provide decentralized food waste/kitchen waste/municipal solid waste biomethanation solutions that treat the waste at source, while providing biogas for cooking and compost as end-products. Our containerized waste-to-biogas plants start at a minimum capacity of 250 kgs/day waste processed and upwards. Our solution is operationally simple and provides a good economic return as it saves LPG gas for cooking and produces compost (unlike composters that only produce compost). Moreover for the scales mentioned above, composters are operationally more intensive and consume more energy compared to our plants. Our partners have been setting up these plants for over 5 years now, with scales ranging from 250 kgs/day to 10 tonnes/day waste processed. More than 13 plants have been installed to-date and are running successfully.

Waste to BioCNG (compressed biogas)
We are working on a demo plant to upgrade the biogas produced from waste further to compressed biogas (CBG) which can be used as a clean vehicular fuel (BioCNG) or as clean cooking gas in the existing PNG network.
We are also working on processing of waste gases from landfills and developing in-house gas sensors.
